Isabella Niu, MD

Isabella comes to the Feldman Lab as part of her combined adult and pediatric endocrinology fellowship, after completing her medical school and residency at the University of California, San Diego. Since her introduction to the impacts of circadian rhythm on metabolism through discussions with Dr. Feldman, she has been fascinated with this area and currently is working on a project examining whether a mutation in Period 3 affects adipogenesis in humans similarly to previously published mouse studies by the Feldman lab.
